烤腌黄鱼

韩国店买的新鲜腌黄鱼(在冷藏柜不是冷冻柜里,一般一条1磅不到一点,两条一装,$10左右一盒),salted crocker fish,我妈管这种腌鲜的鱼叫腊刀鲜,有咸鱼的香味又有鲜鱼的鲜嫩,不用加任何调料了,水龙头下冲洗片刻把多余的盐洗掉,把余下的磷刮干净,然后用厨用纸巾擦干后,鱼背上划几刀口子,直接下油锅两面煎熟就可以了。

去年底入了口air fryer, 这样连油锅都省了,直接开​400F(200C)​,15-20分钟即可。大宝小贝都很爱吃。
